This program is designed to breathe life into the yoga teacher’s repertoire.

Become a force of positive change in your community by infusing the philosophical teachings of yoga into the classroom.

Join Val Spies and Ryan Devin in this inspiring one-week Immersion that guides yoga teachers on their quest for self-discovery and integration. As the owner of the Lotus Pond Yoga Center and director of the 200/300hr Teacher Training programs for 15 years, Val has created a course that shows yoga teachers how to enhance and elevate the student experience in the classroom. There is a lot of competition in the yoga teachers’ world today. This program supports teachers in bringing forth the desired spirit, magnetism and passion that everyone is seeking.

  • Daily yoga practices that bring light to new verbiage and delivery of the teacher’s

        inner strength and creativity.

  •  Guidance in drawing upon the dynamic teacher within.

  •  Philosophical teachings that can be merged into the yoga asana class.

  • Revealing meditations and silence that illuminate the unlimited possibilities.

  • An exhilarating hike to an incredible rock overhang on the Blue Ridge parkway.

  • Practice teachings and heartfelt group experiences.

Throughout the week, Val and Ryan offer powerful demonstrations of yoga class deliveries ranging from gentle to advanced, plus some fun with Acro Yoga attuned to all student levels.
